What’s your company’s story?

After having two kids, I was feeling isolated and didn’t have an easier way to connect with like-minded ambition and driven women for support, connection and mentorship. Since launching our platform, we have made so many incredible connections for women – this includes jobs, mentorship, friendship and a sense of community.

Who do you work with? What are some interesting projects you’re involved in?

We work with corporations looking to attract and retain top female talent as well as organizations and women’s groups that want to facilitate meaningful connections among their members. We are working on a pilot with Schneider Electric as well as launching our platform in multiple cities around the world through partnership at big tech conferences.

What are you most proud of in the work that you do?

The social impact that our company is making. We are on a mission to tackle social isolation as well as help women advance in their career and feel empowered through connections, support and mentorship. The time is now and our platform is already making a big difference in women’s lives.

If your team had a theme song, what would it be and why?

Girl Run The World – Beyonce. The fact that our company is led by a woman as well as our team of men is super proud to have a female CEO. We are inspiring more women to take on leadership positions and look forward to being a wildly successful story.

What are some hopes and dreams for your company?

We want to be “THE PLATFORM” for women around the world where they not only make meaningful connections with like-minded women – but where they feel heard, supported, empowered, championed and one that helps them advance and progress personally and professionally.

Why is Victoria a great spot for your organization?

What’s not great to love about Victoria? It may have a small town appeal, but the opportunities are endless. Victoria is like a dark horse… you don’t see it coming! The support and talent here is extraordinary and I am proud our entire team of 4 is located here!
