Login to the website and you will find yourself in your own Info-hub. Scroll down to the Events tab on the left. Locate the event on the calendar and select it. Once the event opens up you can then update your registration by selecting the “Update Registration” tab. Deadlines for all names and dietary restrictions is April 23rd.
If one of your guests can no longer attend and you have a replacement then please tell them they will be sitting at your “company” table.
*Problems logging into the website?
Please make sure that you have verified your email address in the past. If not, then please follow these instructions below. Please go to the Membership Tab and select the “Email verification?“. Your username is your email address. Once this step is complete then you can login to your info-hub.
VIATEC will do our best to accommodate your request as long as you send an email to info@viatec.ca by April 17th. After this date we cannot guarantee your request.
Please make sure you add your attendee names and any dietary restrictions to your table before Apr. 23rd Non-members do not have access to do so. Please login to your info-hub on the website and scroll to the Events tab. Open the event and select “Update Registration”.
DiscoTech, Get ready for the dazzling decade of disco! Don your favourite bell-bottoms, platform shoes, funky shirts and polyester or satin suits. Dance the night away under the disco ball. Casual attire is welcome, but disco flair is encouraged.
Most importantly, be comfortable.
Yes, the VCC is a licensed premises and there are cash bars. They accept credit cards and also have a bank machine on site.
The event is held at the Victoria Conference Centre – 720 Douglas Street and they have a two-level, 305-vehicle underground parking garage with access from Douglas Street. The parkade is open daily (year-round) from 6:00 a.m. until midnight. After hours, the parkade is secured. Rates are $2.50/30 minutes up to a daily maximum of $22. There is a height restriction of 6’2″ (1.88 m).
Doors open at 5 pm and there is no registration. There will be networking from 5 – 5:45 pm and at that time you will find your table number which will be located and displayed on the 5 TV screens just outside of Carson Hall. If you purchased a table your COMPANY NAME will be displayed on the screen. If you purchased a SINGLE TICKET then your name will be displayed on the screen. Doors to Carson Hall will open at 5:45 pm and the gala starts at 6 pm .
There will also be a coat check at no charge.
The celebration doesn’t end with the final award at the VIATEC Community Awards! Keep the energy going and join us at the Sticky Wicket, nestled in the heart of the Strathcona Hotel at 919 Douglas Street.
Just a short walk from the Conference Centre, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and toast to the night’s successes. Open to all, this is your chance to network, connect, and celebrate over casual drinks in one of Victoria’s iconic venues.
